At Bellepoint, we believe the building process should feel seamless, informed, and collaborative from start to finish. Our four-step process gives you a clear path forward—structured enough to inspire confidence, flexible enough to reflect your vision.
Step 1: Initiate the Design Journey
Exploration, Alignment, and the Beginning of Partnership
Every home begins with conversation. In this step, we take time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and what you hope to invest. Through collaborative discussions, we clarify your goals and confirm alignment before moving forward together.
Once there’s shared understanding, we begin with a Design Preview, a focused first look at your home. Working with our in-house residential and interior design teams, we study your site, develop an initial floor plan and exterior elevation, and build a high-level budget so you can see your investment take shape. For select fully custom projects, this step may also include coordination with a preferred architect, ensuring a unified approach from concept through construction.
With the Design Preview complete, we move into a Design and Preconstruction Agreement. This phase carries your home from concept to a fully developed design: refined floor plans, a 3D model, interior inspiration, and the preconstruction coordination that prepares your project for the build.
Structured Design Process
Design Preview: Site placement study, initial floor plan, exterior elevation, and front facade sketch, paired with a high-level budget. Two meetings guide the process, an initial review to align on vision and a final review of completed deliverables.
Design and Preconstruction: Refined floor plans, a fully immersive 3D model, and an interior inspiration board, developed alongside preconstruction coordination such as site survey, permitting, and schedule planning. Three meetings carry the work from refined plans through interiors scope selection and into your Construction Agreement.
Cohesive Interior Design
_ Our interiors team helps define the home’s aesthetic direction, guiding materials and style intent.
_ Based on your goals, we’ll recommend either the Essential or Curated design package to best support your project and budget.
Step 2: Budgeting & Contracts
Refining the Details and Aligning Vision with Investment
With the design direction established, our focus turns to precision and clarity.Our estimating and project management teams collaborate to refine your home’s budget—analyzing specifications, materials, and construction details to ensure alignment with your stated investment.
We’ll present a comprehensive proposal outlining Bellepoint’s hybrid pricing model: a structure that combines the certainty of fixed pricing with the transparency of cost-plus allowances. Together, we’ll review and refine every detail until both design and budget are fully aligned.
Once approved, we formalize the partnership through a Construction Agreement, securing your project on our build schedule and setting the stage for construction to begin.

Throughout construction, you’ll receive transparent updates on progress, budget, and schedule—supported by our commitment to proactive communication and exceptional quality.
From foundation to finishes, every decision is executed with the same attention to detail that shaped your home from the start.
Construction Oversight

Communication & Transparency
_ All project updates, messages, and documents are managed through CoConstruct, a collaborative project management platform.

Step 4: Completion & Beyond

As your home reaches completion, we guide you through final walkthroughs, detailed inspections, and orientation. Every space is reviewed to ensure it meets our standards—and yours.
You’ll also receive a comprehensive new-home package, including warranty information, key home details, and maintenance tips designed to help you care for your home with confidence.
Even after move-in, Bellepoint remains your trusted partner. We’re here to answer questions and stay connected as your home becomes part of daily life. For us, this isn’t the end of the project—it’s the beginning of a lasting relationship.
