The Bellepoint Company was founded in 2012 by brothers Sam and Andrew Teitt with a clear vision: to create homes of distinction that endure for generations. Rooted in their upbringing on Bellepoint Road, the company’s name honors the place where their passion for building began—while their work today reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and intentional living at the highest level.

In 2014, Jenn Teitt, a degreed interior designer with professional experience in both residential and commercial projects, joined the leadership team to establish Bellepoint’s in-house design division. Her expertise elevated Bellepoint’s ability to deliver a seamless, fully integrated experience, where architectural design, construction, and interior design work together to achieve a cohesive result.

Over the past decade, Bellepoint has grown into one of the most respected luxury home builders in Columbus and Central Ohio. Known for refined design, premium craftsmanship, and an unwavering dedication to client relationships, Bellepoint creates homes that reflect individual lifestyles and leave a legacy for generations.
