Curated Package (Recommended)
The Curated Package is a fully-immersive design experience for clients who want complete personalization. Our design team collaborates with you to thoughtfully curate every detail of your home—creating a seamless blend of beauty, comfort, and function.
Inclusive of:
- 10–14 monthly design presentations
- Biweekly designer site visits during construction
- Detailed cabinetry and primary closet design
- Expanded vendor options
- Additional design hours available à la carte
Investment:
- Approximately 3% of construction cost
Optional:

The Essential Package covers all foundational elements of interior design to complete your home with style and intention. You’ll receive tailored recommendations and one round of revisions to bring your vision to life—efficiently and effectively.
