Getting Started
We create distinctive custom homes that reflect the way your family lives. Our work spans three tiers. Echelon home construction begin at 2.5M and up, Haven home construction ranges from 1.25M to 2.5M, and Bellepoint Move-In homes start below 1.75M. No matter the tier, each home is shaped with care and is personal, comfortable, and lasting.

Your journey begins with a simple conversation. We talk through your hopes for your future home, the way you want to live, and the places you feel most connected to. From there we outline the next steps and begin shaping the early ideas that will guide the process.
Process and Timeline
Our process is steady and thoughtfully guided. Together we move from the earliest ideas to detailed design, budgeting, agreements, interior selections and construction, furnishings, and move in. Each phase builds on the last so the experience feels clear and meaningful, not overwhelming.
Timelines vary, but most most Move-In homes take 6-8 months for construction, Haven homes take 6-8 months preconstruction, and 10-12 months construction, and Echelon take 6-8 months preconstruction and 12+ months construction. Early in the process we create a schedule that reflects your specific home so you know what to expect as your vision becomes real.
Some families come to us with a property already in mind or purchased. We are often involved in evaluating land and helping clients understand the potential and limitations of each site. We are happy to connect with you prior to the purchase of land and can connect you with a real estate agent to assist in your search. At this time we do not have land available for purchase.
Budget and Investment
Costs depend on size, complexity, finishes, and site conditions. Custom homes Haven begin at one point two five million, and Echelon homes begin at two point five million. We work closely with you to understand your goals and guide you toward a home that feels both beautiful and aligned with your investment comfort.
Haven Series Homes with an anticipated investment between $1.25M and $2.5M follow a hybrid pricing model. This approach blends the certainty of fixed pricing for defined scopes with the transparency of cost-plus allowances for finishes and selections. Echelon Series Homes with an anticipated investment above $2.5M are structured as cost-plus, allowing for greater flexibility and transparency as design details and selections continue to evolve.
Your budget takes shape early and becomes more refined as design progresses. Before construction begins, you receive a breakdown so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Interior Design and Selections
Yes. Our in house interior design team supports both the beauty and function of your home. Haven homes begin with our Essential package and Echelon homes begin with our Curated package. Both guide you through selections in partnership with our construction team or in coordination with an outside interior designer of your choosing. Each package helps ensure spaces are thoughtfully planned, materials are chosen with purpose, and the home functions well for everyday living. Both tiers can be expanded further based on the needs of your home and overall vision.
Yes. While many clients choose our integrated team, we often collaborate with outside architects or interior designers. The goal is always the same. A unified team that supports the home you imagine.
Rest assured our team of professionals will walk you through every step of the process. Bring your ideas, your inspiration, your vision, and we will guide you through every step, blending that into a cohesive, functional, and timeless environment. In the end, the home will reflect your life and the moments you want to create within it.
We have relationships with numerous vendors. If there is a specific finish, or selection that you have in mind, often times we are able to source it through an existing vendor.
We provide curated options, clear guidance, and steady support. Our goal is to help you make confident decisions that bring your home to life. Early on we establish a rhythm of meetings in which we work through each detail of your home so that you can rest assured everything is thought through and each detail considered.
Furnishings vary based on style, number of rooms, and the level of comfort and character you hope to achieve. Many families allocate ten to fifteen percent of the total home investment toward furnishings in addition to the interior design package they have chosen.
Yes. Furniture selection can be added to any level of engagement. Our team can help you choose pieces that are cohesive, comfortable, and fir naturally within your new home.
Absolutely. We help you determine what will work well and how to blend existing pieces with new selections for a balanced, thoughtful interior.
Construction and Communication
You will have access to our project management software which includes schedules, daily logs, selections, finances, and messaging. It keeps communication open and helps you feel connected to your home as it takes shape.
Via our project management software you are able to regularly see photos of your homes progress taken by your project manager. So whether you live down the street or across the country, you can feel just as much a part of the process as if you were on site.
Our goal is that your home enriches your life and that the relationship we build along the way continues as well. Once your home is completed you will receive detailed warranty information and maintenance guidance. Our team remains accessible in the same management software you used during the construction of your home.
Land and Site Considerations
While we do not source or locate land for families, we often assist in the process before a purchase is made. We are happy to refer you to a trusted real estate agent in the Columbus area that can assist you in finding land, and once you identify a property of interest, we help evaluate site conditions, opportunities, and constraints so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
The topography of the land, soil conditions, utilities, setbacks, surrounding homes, and the overall character of the site all shape the design and feasibility of your future home. We help you think through these elements and understand how the land can support natural light, outdoor living, privacy, and long term comfort.
Absolutely. If you have a property under contract or already purchased, we begin by understanding the site and its unique opportunities. From there, design and planning move forward in a way that honors both the land and the home you hope to create.
