That family farm on Bellepoint Road could share a lifetime of memories. Growing up, it’s dinner bell drew us in each night for what has become a tradition of the most warm and lively family dinners. Dinners that have welcomed more friends, travelers, and strangers than we can count. And it’s what inspired the launch of The Bellepoint Company more than a decade ago.
None of this would be here today if it wasn't for two very special, God-loving people who created a place that felt like home for everyone who stepped foot through their door.
It’s a home that holds the sacred pages of our story - a story of seven kids and four horses and six sheep and a dozen chickens.
A home where playing outside past dark was easy to do.
Where we dreamed of our futures.
Where many of us got married.
Where our kids now explore the 40 acre property - making memories of their own.

Sam and Andrew Teitt, brothers and cofounders of Bellepoint, are experienced home builders and ensure that each home is completed with excellence and intention. Jenn Teitt, Sam’s wife, is the lead designer and head of operations for the company.
